Metropolitan Development Services (MDS) delivers a wide range of general-needs and specialist housing, commercial and community buildings, procured in a variety of ways including package deals, land acquisition and works and the purchase of S106 affordable housing units from private house builders.
MDS's Land and Special Projects Teams work to:
- acquire sites
- develop designs with our client businesses
- liaise with the Homes and Communities Agency and Local Authorities to secure funding
- obtain detailed planning consents that optimise the value of the sites.
The Programme, Technical, Quality Control and New Homes Teams deliver schemes from start-on-site to end-of-defects within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters.
The Quality Care and New Homes Teams ensure a quality service to residents is embedded before residents move into their home and is maintained after they have moved in to their new home, dealing with any defects promptly and efficiently.
