  Crossharbour, London Borough of Tower Hamlets

  Crossharbour is a strategic development site in London Docklands. This ambitious, high density project will provide 1,057 residential units, including 253 affordable homes, plus retail units, offices, a hotel, health club and a community facility. High quality, mixed use, single tenure buildings are built around carefully designed public courtyards.

  Tuntum Housing and MHP working in partnership

  Tuntum Housing is a Nottingham based social business providing housing and support services for people on low incomes. Our work for Tuntum has included developing a scheme of 21 affordable family homes in Nottingham and consultancy work for their own development of a women's refuge in Derby.

  Primes Close, Barrington, South Cambridgeshire

  Barrington, an attractive village eight miles south west of Cambridge, is home to around 1,000 people. Because of historically high house prices there has been a huge shortfall of affordable homes for local people. We provided 14 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, carefully designed to fit comfortably within the traditional style of the village.
