Metropolitan Development Services (MDS) has worked with a variety of partners to deliver affordable homes, including private developers, housing associations, local authorities, health departments and government agencies.
MDS are realistic about the nature of partnerships and the evolving relationships between organisations and teams throughout the life cycle of any project. We always seek to maximise the specific skills and experiences that each of the partners can contribute. We also understand how essential it is to maintain the individual agendas within shared goals and shared risk, by effective communication at all levels.
