The London Stanstead Cambridge Peterborough M11 growth area has been identified by the Homes and Community Agency (HCA) as an area with housing capacity and includes many locations where Granta Housing Society and MHP already have strong local links.
The HCA has a specific Milton Keynes and South Midlands sub regional strategy to ensure an effective and considered approach to the development of homes and communities in this identified growth area. The South Midlands area is also an area where MHP has strong links with local authorities and other agencies.
