The Midlands development team work to deliver new homes and communities in the Midlands region that are managed by Spirita.
The Homes and Community Agency (HCA) has identified the Midlands three cities as specific growth points for the region. MHP operate in the following geographic areas:
- Nottingham City Council
- Derby City Council
- Leicester City Council
- Charnwood
- Rushcliffe
- Erewash
- Mansfield
- Gedling
- Broxtowe
- Amber Valley
- Ashfield
