Regeneration

MHP has successfully delivered regeneration schemes in Enfield, Nottingham, Brent, Sutton, Lambeth and Hackney over the past 15 years including:

  • high density town centre regeneration
  • medium and high density suburban regeneration
  • partnership projects with Councils, other housing associations and private developers
  • internally funded regeneration of major estates as part of an ongoing process of renewal.

These projects require long term commitment from MHP and from the residents and staff involved. MHP has the capacity and size of programme to maintain a multidisciplinary team to work on projects.  This team is responsible for:

  • partnership relationship management
  • resident consultation and engagement with governance
  • site assembly
  • project delivery
  • maintenance and housing management services, which often include decanting, rehousing and community development
  • working with local stakeholders.
