We are able to advise on tenure mix and layouts, ensuring funding standards are met and by using our positive relationship with local authority planning departments, contribute towards the delivery of a successful scheme
MHP New Homes Team work with residents for six months following practical completion to ensure the smooth running of the development as residents settle in, with a budget to pay for minor improvements facilities and maintenance. This is particularly important on mixed tenure, high density schemes.
