Metropolitan Development Services (MDS) is keen to maintain its track record of delivering successful schemes in town centre locations.
The schemes delivered by MDS in such locations include disused sites houses over shops, tower blocks and comprehensively redeveloped centres.
Town centre housing is particularly challenging partly because of the high costs of land and construction where sites are restricted and partly because of the need to provide family housing at high densities.
